We warmly congratulate Dr. Guy Eyre, Research Associate for MENA (Middle East and North Africa), on his new position.
In 2022, he acquired a postdoctoral position (2022-25) in the Sectarianism, Proxies, and De-Sectarianisation (SEPAD) project. The project is based at Lancaster University's Richardson Institute and Edinburgh University's Alwaleed Centre for the Study of Islam in the Contemporary World.
Guy Eyre's new research project, entitled "Salafism/Wahhabism, Governance, and State Security in North Africa," is funded by the UKRI Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) and the Gerda Henkel Foundation.
